Mini4WD Box Stock Rules and Regulations 2025

Box Stock

1.  Your entry must be a complete build of a single Mini 4WD kit only.  You can not mix and match any part with other kits.

2.  Only Tamiya Type 130 motor is allowed. (white cap)

3.  Starter Kits and EVO Kits are not allowed to be used under any circumstances.

4.  Kits with Tuned motors (e.g., animal kits) will be allowed but motors
should be replaced by Type 130 motor.

5.  Kits must be built as per instructions.

6.  Poly Carbonate (clear) cowls can be painted.  Other cowls are not
allowed to be painted.

7.  Plain body/cowl are not allowed; stickers must be applied.

8.  Racer name must be affixed at the bottom of the car.

9.  Tune Up parts or Upgrade parts can not be used.

10. Using of Double adhesive tape for the wheels are prohibited.

11. Bending of screws, reinforcement of chassis, or any modification
done on the kit is prohibited.

12. Damaged or repaired body and chassis are not allowed.
(In case car was already impounded e.g.. quarters and damage has occurred, racers will be given a few minutes to repair/glue the damaged area. After the race, the damage kit should be retired.)

13. Alkaline and rechargeable batteries can be used. (Batteries with
tampered wrap/skin are not allowed)
